Terms & Purchase Policy

LevinsonEDU sells online, pre-recorded Oklahoma real estate courses approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC). Courses are delivered through our student portal immediately after purchase. There are no live sessions, scheduled meetings, or physical materials.

You can independently verify any LevinsonEDU course in OREC’s public education registry before you enroll.

LevinsonEDU does not offer refunds. Course content is delivered in full and immediately on purchase, so every sale is final once payment is complete.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a course you paid for, that is not a refund situation — it’s a support situation, and we will fix it. Call 405.532.6969 or email Peter@Levinsonteam.com and we’ll get you into your course.

Please make sure a course fits your license type and remaining requirements before you buy. Our CE requirements guide spells out exactly what each license type needs, and we’re happy to answer questions before you enroll rather than after.

• Continuing education courses: access does not expire. Your CE courses stay in your student portal for you to review whenever you want.
• Pre-licensing (90 hours) and post-licensing (45 hours): you have 6 months from enrollment to complete the course. This window is set by OREC rule, not by LevinsonEDU, and we cannot extend it.

Your progress is tracked in the student portal. When you finish a course you receive a certificate of completion — keep it for your records as proof of the hours you earned.

For continuing education, you submit your certificate to OREC yourself through OREC’s License Portal — OREC requires proof of completion as part of your renewal. For pre-licensing, your certificate of completion is what you submit to OREC with your Provisional Sales Associate application. For post-licensing, your 45 hours must be completed before your provisional license expires.

You are responsible for meeting your own OREC deadlines. LevinsonEDU provides approved coursework; it does not renew, reinstate, or maintain your license on your behalf.

Your enrollment is for you personally. Sharing logins, recording, redistributing, or reselling course content is not permitted — OREC approval is granted on the condition that the person receiving credit is the person who took the course.

Course materials, video, and written content are the property of LevinsonEDU and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Checkout, course hosting, and student accounts are provided through our student portal platform. Payment card details are handled by that platform’s payment processor — LevinsonEDU never sees or stores your full card number.

The licensing and CE requirements described on this site are sourced from OREC and cited on the pages where they appear. Rules change. OREC is always the authoritative source for your requirements, and you should confirm anything that affects a deadline directly with the Commission.

We may update these terms as courses, platforms, or OREC rules change. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to it.
