About Peter
I’m Peter Levinson — a real estate broker, educator, coach, investor, published author, and proud United States Marine Corps veteran. I have been licensed in real estate since 2007, and throughout my career I have worked with agents, buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners across the Oklahoma City metro.
Alongside Tara Levinson, I helped lead the Levinson Real Estate Team, which has achieved more than $1.5 billion in real estate sales. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what it takes to build a high-producing real estate business, lead a successful team, navigate changing markets, and serve clients at a high level.
I am also the author of the published real estate book, PREP: Practical Real Estate Practices. The book was created to provide practical guidance and real-world insight that real estate professionals can use as they build their businesses and serve their clients.
Why I created LevinsonEDU
As the broker and owner of LRE Realty, I understand that earning a real estate license is only the beginning. Building a lasting career requires practical knowledge, strong communication skills, confidence, accountability, and the ability to navigate real-world situations that are not always covered in a traditional textbook.
That belief is why I created LevinsonEDU. My goal is to give students and working real estate professionals an education they can actually use. Whether you are preparing to earn your first license, completing your post-license education, maintaining your continuing education requirements, or sharpening your skills as an experienced agent, our courses are designed to help you become more knowledgeable, capable, and confident.
How I teach
My teaching style is straightforward, practical, and rooted in real experience. I believe education should be engaging, easy to understand, and connected to the situations you will face every day in the real estate business. I do not want students to simply memorize information long enough to pass a test. I want them to understand it, apply it, and use it to build a successful career.

LevinsonEDU is an OREC-approved real estate education provider. Courses are open to every Oklahoma licensee and applicant — enrolling does not require joining any brokerage or team.
