Privacy Policy

• When you enroll: your name, email address, and the courses you purchase, collected through our student portal so we can give you access and issue your certificate of completion.
• When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us in an email or phone call, so we can answer you.
• Course progress: which lessons you’ve completed, because completion records are the whole point of approved education.

Payment card details go directly to our portal platform’s payment processor. LevinsonEDU does not see or store your full card number.

To deliver the courses you bought, issue certificates, keep completion records, answer your questions, and send you information about your enrollment. If you opt in to hear from us about new courses or CE deadlines, we’ll use your email for that too — and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell, rent, or trade student information. We don’t hand your contact information to brokerages, recruiters, or lead buyers. LevinsonEDU is a school, not a lead-generation business, and your enrollment is not a sales lead for anyone.

We share information only with the service providers that make the school work — our course portal and its payment processor — and with OREC or other authorities where education records are required by law or regulation.

This website (levinsonedu.com) uses first-party analytics from the same course platform that runs our student portal. It records which pages you visit and whether you begin an enrollment, so we can tell which of our own pages actually help students find the right course.

We do not run advertising pixels or third-party ad networks — no Meta pixel, no ad retargeting, and nothing that follows you to other websites. The data goes to our own course platform, not to an advertiser, and we don’t sell or share it.

Our student portal and checkout also use cookies — they have to, in order to keep you logged in and process your purchase. Those systems are governed by their provider’s privacy practices in addition to this policy.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking ours affects nothing you can see on this site; blocking them in the student portal will stop you being able to log in.

Course completion records are kept as long as required for OREC education recordkeeping, and generally longer, because students regularly need proof of hours years after the fact. You can ask for a copy of your own completion records at any time.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information that we’re not required to retain as an education record. Email Peter@Levinsonteam.com and we’ll take care of it.

LevinsonEDU courses are professional education for adults pursuing or holding an Oklahoma real estate license. Our courses are not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
