Two days to get clear about what comes next

The Lakeside Growth Retreat is a two-day experience designed to help you step away from everyday distractions, get clear on what you really want, and build a practical plan for your best and most balanced 2027.

This isn't simply about writing down a list of goals. You'll take time to evaluate where you are today, decide where you want to go, identify what may be standing in the way, and create a roadmap for actually moving forward.

The goal is simple: leave the lake with greater clarity, stronger priorities, and a plan you can put into action.

What you’ll work through

More than goal setting

We'll look at the whole picture — not just business or money — because creating a great year means being intentional about the life you're building.

  • Define what your ideal life actually looks like personally, professionally and financially.
  • Create a long-term vision by looking at your 20-year, 10-year, 5-year and 1-year goals.
  • Complete a Wheel of Life assessment to identify where life feels strong and where more attention may be needed.
  • Create goals in the major areas of life, including personal growth, spirituality, health, relationships, family, career, finances and fun.
  • Identify who you need to become in order to accomplish the goals you've created.
  • Examine the habits, obstacles and people that may be helping or preventing your progress.
  • Decide how you will actually measure success instead of setting vague goals that disappear by February.
  • Break larger goals into specific priorities and action steps throughout the year.
  • Evaluate how you currently spend your time, money and energy and whether those choices align with the life you say you want.
  • Examine your current morning routine and intentionally design a stronger one.
  • Create mindset statements / morning incantations that reinforce the identity and habits needed to reach your goals.
  • Establish rewards, accountability and ways to measure progress.
  • Learn how to review your goals monthly, celebrate accomplishments, recognize what isn't working and reset when necessary.

You won't leave with just a list of goals.

You'll leave with a clearer picture of the life you want, an honest understanding of where you are today, and a written plan for how to close the gap.
